Menstrual Cup Usage

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
  2. Fold your cup in your desired folding style.
  3. Relax your muscles.
  4. Insert the folded cup into your vagina.
  5. The cup can be worn up to 12 hours.

Menstrual Disc Usage

  1. Wash your hands.
  2. Rinse your menstrual disc with warm water.
  3. Fold your menstrual disc.
  4. Insert it into your vaginal cavity.
  5. Make sure the menstrual disc is fully opened in the vagina.

Applicator 1.0

  1. Lubricate the introduction pipe with a silicone-safe lubricant.
  2. Fold the menstrual cup or disc and place it into the introduction tube.
  3. Push the cup or disc slowly into position.
  4. After placing the device, remove the introduction tube.

Applicator 2.0

  1. Remove the applicator lid, then fold the cup or disc and place it in the top of the applicator.
  2. Insert into your vagina and slowly push in the putter.
  3. Remove the putter, clean with water, and store after drying.
